Past Envirothon, 2005
The eighth annual Utah
Envirothon was held April 29-30 at Capitol Reef National Park. The
current issue was managing cultural landscapes.
Winning
team: Uintah High School from Vernal, Utah, sponsored by the Uintah
Soil Conservation District

Our winning team traveled to Springfield, MO, to Southwest Missouri State University to compete
in the Canon Envirothon. They placed 19th out of 51 teams.

Our winning team will travel to Louisville, Kentucky, to represent Utah at
the National FFA Competition in the Environmental & Natural Resources Career
Development Event.
