Past Envirothon, 2006
The ninth annual Utah
Envirothon was held May 12-13 at Bear River Middle School and Boy Scout Camp Fife. The
current issue was water stewardship in a changing climate.
Winning
team: Mountain Crest High School from Hyrum, Utah, sponsored by the Blacksmith Fork
Soil Conservation District.
Advisor: Ron Hellstern

Our winning team represented Utah at the Canon Envirothon in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, at the University of Winnipeg. The team came in 51 out of 52 teams. They would have placed 21st but were penalized for a cell phone rule infraction.
